I have been part of the following ingame groups: I have been in AF,SF,FBI(old group of goverment) and SWAT.
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since: I have been playing on CIT since in December, don't know the correct date, but in the forum I'm registered on 27 December 2010, some days before it.
How many hours do you have playing on the server: I have 760 hours.
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week: Depending on the days and activities that have to be done, but at least 1-3 hours a day.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: It may happen, but it may take 1-3 days is done, in the case of travel abroad.
I am aware that I have to be active to perform my duties as a staff member: Yes I am aware.

   Hello, my first name is Drilon,lastname Latifi, I come from Kosovo, a new state which has gained the independence in 2008, currently am in the studies in two faculties, the technical faculty in Computer Engineering and the economic faculty in Management and Information.
   
    My activity in the CIT is fully dedicated to the Law Enforcement, I was in all groups of the Law Enforcement, in the Air Force (AB), Special Forces (Colonel), FBI (Agent), but I found myself in the SWAT Team and all My contribution is dedicated to the group. I'm in the SWAT Team for more than 8 months which now possess the post of Vice Commander.

    The reason why I want to be part of the Staff of CIT is because I desire to give my contribution even more for CIT, which allows us to enjoy and to utilize leisure time in CIT. Understood if given an opportunity to show my skills.

I think somebody is cheating so I: Watch over him, make sure he is cheating, do at least one screenshot as proof and then ban him.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: I'll ask for what they need help, if I can help will do with desire if not, will ask to someone of Staff which is more experienced.
A player insults me so I: I will mute him for braking rule #8.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: I will tell them to go and use job's for that.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: I will contact higher staff than I.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: I will report it to head staff.
