Country of residence:Italy.
Real world occupation:Student.

I have been part of the following ingame groups:SWAT, Cobras, SF, Armed Forces, Crazy Gamers.
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since:Some month.
How many hours do you have playing on the server:933.
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week:30-35 but if I become staff I think I will play much more.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties:No, I won't get inactive as long nothing importants happens.
I am aware that I have to be active to perform my duties as a staff member:Yes, I am aware.
I am aware that I will have to leave any ingame groups if staff:Yes, I am aware.
I am aware that I have to sacrifice a large portion of my play time to help out:Yes, I am aware.

My understanding of the English language is:Fine.

Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff:Hi guys, my name is Nicolò, I live in Italy in a little city near Bologna (capital of my region). Is a nice village, is quiet and life is good.
I play Basket ball, and foot ball with my friends. Some evening we regroup and we watch WWE or any other film, we play even poker in the free time but without use money . The reason of why I want become CIT staff is cause I think I will enjoy in helping people who need you and for give back the help of the community (many guys have support me in all occasions, and now I want to pay back the help of those guys.).I am active many hours at the day, even the night and I  hope to be a good helper.

I think somebody is cheating so I:If I am an high staff I ban that guy from the server and if I am a Lv.1 I just jail him and wait the guys who can ban him from the community.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I:I help him in the main chat and I ask him if next time he ask in J>Support.
A player insults me so I:I mute him for a long time.
A player asks me to give them some money so I:I don’t give him nothing cause that can give him an advantage on the others guys. 
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I:I jail the cheater and call an admin for ban him.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I:I report it as fast possible before someone abuses it.

That part wasn't fixed,I've deleted it and I've correct the mistakes I have found.
