Absolutely  yes, he's helpful, he didn't break any rule, he's friendly, polite, he might make some grammar mistake but he is truly great, and deserve a chance to show how helpful he can be. So don't say no just for few grammar mistake, he can also improve himself if he is a staff member and learn more and more and more.
This is all what i wanted to say about Nico.

I think YES.He always help me when I need him and he have the most bad jokes from all the players.Is a good guy and he deserve a chance.
