I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since: March, but I have started with another account.
How many hours do you have playing on the server: 300 hours, counting with my both accounts.
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week: 40 hours.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: Not now, currently I am on Summer holidays.
I am aware that I have to be active to perform my duties as a staff member: Yes.

Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: My real name is Konstantin, I am 15, almost 16 years old. The reason why I am applying for CIT Staff team is because I want to help you, all other Staff members and all players. I have 300+ hours of play time on this server, which means that I have enough knowledge about this server and everything related to it. I am very active on CIT server and forum. Also I am very friendly and helpful, I answer players question when admins are not online, or just AFK. If you accept me, I promise I will not let you down.
 
Scenarios

I think somebody is cheating so I: I make sure that the player is cheating, and if it turns true, I will ban him as soon as possible, before he encourage someone else to cheat, or share his hacked money.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: I will bind the following sentence: "How can I help you?" and use it everytime someone is asking for help.
A player insults me so I: I will warn him, and if he continue, I will mute him.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: I will not give him any money, he have to earn it.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: I will inform other admin about it.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: I report it to High or Head Staff members.

Main account: "JTSystem" with 180 hours, and second account "game" with 130 hours. I just made another account because some people knew my password, and the pass change is not working, at least for me.
