I have been part of the following ingame groups: I was accepted into Yakuza and have formed a few small outfits of my own, but I find that autonomy brings me the most enjoyment.
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since: I've been here for about two weeks.

I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: My fiancee is expectant, so that would be an emphatic yes. The due date is a while off, though, and I also work second shift, meaning most of my free time will likely coincide with the baby's (tentative) sleep schedule.

Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: I consider myself laid back and friendly, and I really enjoy helping people. I hosted a Minecraft server about a year ago that got fairly popular, and I had a lot of fun being an admin for the simple joy of helping newbies learn the ropes, maintaining an orderly and organized server, and punishing assholes who grief and flame. I'm aware that my playtime on this server is a bit lacking in comparison to other applicants, but I'm truly engrossed with this server and its wonderful design, and I'm very eager to contribute. I've noticed that there are often few admins on during my playtime, and I've been told by an admin this is probably due to the scarcity of admins in American timezones. I figured I may as well offer my services, despite the fact I may be declined due to how new I am.

I think somebody is cheating so I: Take a few screenshots and check with a more experienced admin before taking action.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: Send them an SMS inquiring as to their problem.
A player insults me so I: More than likely let it ride. I'm not quick to anger.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: Offer advice on how to make money.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: Take screenshots and send a report to a higher member of staff.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: Make a detailed report of the bug and send it to a higher member of staff and warn any users who are abusing the bug to cease and desist.

Almost always I see Chamba connected, see that it helps many persons, it is a very nice guy and does not cause problems to the admins, also I reconcile that he has an excellent english, my vote is Yes.

As Arran said this is an impressing application I agree with him 100%.
I am neutral towards him or might be a yes also but he lacks the playtime.

Those who said that you've never seen him before remember that he is in a very different time zone than most of you and probably plays in different times than you too.
