I have been part of the following ingame groups: SF, NSM and AF.
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since: I first got on the server a few months ago. I was barely active then because I was trial on [some MTA server] but I am epicly active now.
How many hours do you have playing on the server: 160hours.
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week: 30+ hours per week.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: Well I can't tell the future but! I don't go on vacations or anything so if I do become inactive it will be for a VERY brief period of time.
I am aware that I have to be active to perform my duties as a staff member: Yes! Definately.

Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: My name is Phillip! I'm 16 years old, I'm tall (6'4) and I love playing guitar! I want to be a CIT staff member because when I was staff on [some MTA server] I enjoyed it very much even though barely anybody spoke english and I spent all of my in game hours muting. I have been in SF and AF and I've shown dedication in both of those roles. I was also very high ranking in the [some MTA server] military. When I was younger I was in the Army Cadets and there I learned the values of disciplen, Repect and Responsability. I have no doubt in my capabilities of following through with what is asked of me.
I think somebody is cheating so I: spectate the person. If they appear to be cheating then I'll take screen shots as proof and jail him/her.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: will go to the player and in LocalChat we will discuss the issue.
A player insults me so I: mute him/her for breaking Rule 8.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: warn him/her, If the person continues to ask for money after the warnings then I'll mute him/her for rule 7.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: Will take screen shots and contact a staff member who has the authority and ability to ban (L2+)
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: Post in Quality Assurance on the Forums
