What the fuck is this ? this is how you treat your old players ? giving me ban for no reason ? I already uninstalled the fucking netlimiter and restarted my pc and tried to open the game again and what you did you gave me ban ?

This is an automatic ban. You clearly have something of NetLimiter running or the files of the program is still there.
Can you put your serial here, I can see if I can ask a MTA staff to see which files you need to remove.

I talked to a MTA dev, he said that C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nldrv.sys Netlimiter driver is loaded in RAM, thus its not removed correctly.

This happened to me once. I asked an admin then told me that this isn't counted as server punishment. My ban is because of CISCO lagswitch (software) as I'm using in my study. I suggest to not open the application that cause your ban while playing MTA.

I couldnt find anything with this name nldrv.sys in the directory
And also I checked task manager there is no anything related to net limiter I already uninstalled it and removed all its files
Btw I appreciate your help thank you but this is so boring I wanted to play the game again but they dont want me to play as I  see

Hmmm I think you modified some files or removed numbers and letters and forgot to fix it a long ago, try copying the original files of your previous GTA / MTA to your current GTA / MTA files when you were still able to play without getting this ban. And also make sure your MTA is the same version as your previous file wether its Win7+ or XP/Vista.

Can you run a MTADiag for me? I wanna see which files are loaded.
Please download, extract and run MTADiag (https://nightly.mtasa.com/files/MTADiag.zip) and follow the instructions.

Press 'n' when asked.

Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.

I wonder why my post was deleted when I’m actually answering this question above as I faced the same issue here.

I don’t see any rule that a 3rd person can’t post here unless he’s posting something useless.

Edit : Someone mention Pilovali as I replied to his post and there’s a slight chance that he’s the one who deleted it, not sure.

I was facing the exact same issue, even I got banned for 30 minutes when I kept trying again and again. I made a post in this topic (which was deleted) with the solution which made me join the server without any issues. I didn't tell any solutions on the topic that I made, i.e https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=363923.msg5332949#msg5332949
