Well, now that SF turns into the RP city, this is even more needed than before.
I suggest that a Heavy Vehicles Dealership gets added in SF.
Me and Capone have also found a location we personally like. Would require a door to close a small building.

Possible position where the car spawns which you have selected (NOT bought yet!). Means it's the place where the car shows so you can change color etc.:
