I think we can make the screenshot HD. right now if you use this command, it will take a bad quality screenshot. Simply having a quality screenshot will be better. its faster than uploading to imgur to show your friend something ingame

It gotta have a low quality so these screenshots don't end up filling the server host storage as, afaik and what common sense tells me, these images are stored as server-side files. Maybe we could find a way to make it like it works with yt link converter on mplayer with Pilovali's site, but I really doubt someone is going to put time to script this just to save you the ten seconds it takes to go to imgur or any other site to upload the screenshot

Sounds good idea but if the server has this quality
The SS will have the same quality, its normal...i dont know maybe if we take HD screenshots it give and some lag..i dont know for sure..

well ye ik /takess it is kind have bad quality it must be improved like F12 , if someone say just use F12 then what is the point of takess ? I am with u :tick:

Yes, I used it today and the quality of the photo was very bad. Not enough quality to report a situation instantly. It takes a long time to take a screenshot with F12 and report that photo. so Positive.

Afik it can be done and i'm sure MTA supporting this, About time to scripting it up to developers, but the current /viewss system is fine and we can see it, but by improving it and let the screen more high quality gonna be perfect. so i'm natural

Yeah positive about this. Sure, it can take a bit more server resources but we can make some "expiration" time for those pictures. Like they'll get deleted after a few days. /takess is mostly used to show others your mods etc. small stuff when it's too much effort to upload em online. Current quality is just too low to see any details or such properly so making it a bit higher quality sure is cool idea.

Barely anyone uses these commands, the quality of it needs to be improved as it's bad and barely shows anything, maybe it'll convince more people to use these commands and make a useful use out of them. Positive.

Yea you right, I have not words to say about this suggestion but I like it because The quality of it should need to be improved So I think it will be good if we improve this so anyways I like your idea so I am Supporting on your suggestion.

since this best wat to get SS without using imgur ... so it need to improve SS quality suporting.

Before I sent a picture to somebody as a proof, I'd rather use F12 > Paint > Paste it there, it's actually clear for me when I do that. However, I do need to use the imgur.com to upload a picture because it is more convenient, everything is clear, and easier to use. If you are not used to the forum and reporting stuff yet, then I'd suggest you start doing it as a practice so that way you'll get used to it. Honestly, I don't see any problem with /takess and /viewss and I can still see them clearly, as long it provides what it needs to be done, that's fine for me.

i used this /takess and seen bad quality and moved to website imgur.com
but if they can improve SS quality it will be so fast to see SS ig and good wayfor people whohave bad PC they can't switch to browser while they are playing because gonna freez and disconnect, also when you open windows ig and use /takess it will not be in your SS for example when you go tune your car and take SS or tuning menu and send it to you friendhe willsee normal car parking without that window (i akready did that before)

It can work well once the screenshot is sent to the player, it will be saved in his PC but he can explore it from /viewss, and once that is done, it can simply be deleted and uploaded again if the player wants to direct it to someone.

The reason why the quality is shit, is because it's probably because Arran limited the upload speed of /takess due to so many people have shit internet.
I'm pretty sure it would be somehow possible to upload screenshots from /takess to like... https://pilo.ovh. I'd be happy to cooperate with any developer.
/viewss > share to cloud > get pilo.ovh link so u can share with friends who aren't IG.
Besides, I'm pretty sure that the upload speed and image quality can be increased without any issues nowadays.
