[+++] Adding new smiley devilish face to the server

It's a wonderful one and amusing to use, but why can't we do it like this ">:" I mean, it's more faster and simpler to use than all the in-game emojis, If you could modify your post and make the changes necessary to make it easier for the developers, I would appreciate it.

Something else though, these emojis always pop up in the chat bubble above your head. But is it possible to make them visible in the chatbox itself? Main, local, team etc.

and to make it more easy to do I removed this - I found no issue making it as you want its up to the players who want it the same
