[+++] Allowing new players that are wanted to be seen through F5 for cops

Hi,

To people who don't know, cops can't see new players who are wanted through f5 computers (I guess it was added to prevent targetting new players and marking them). The issue with this though is our inability to find them and kill them and stop them from getting wanted.

A few weeks ago a new player managed to get APB because we couldn't mark him through f5 and couldn't mark him regularly through /mark because it was closed thus we had no way of finding where he was and had to wait untill he was APB.

My suggestion: Making it so that new players that pass 500 WP are seen in f5 computer (we see their name) and we can mark them through f5 computer

This way we can't target noobs the second they start robbing a score but prevent peoppe abusing this.

I have personally seen tons of criminals who got APB by abusing this feature. Your suggestion is very logical, beneficial and should fix this problem, therefore my vote is

There are some ways that people can abuse this feature and this might prevent them.

In my experience as a PC I have gone through this situation multiple times - players use second accounts, join official groups, and farm APBs in the morning timezones. Not being able to mark these players is super annoying because they are clearly exploiting a feature meant for genuine newbies. We discussed about what Deathwish suggested in PC team private channels a while ago and we believe that it's a much needed suggestion.

Are they really noob players? Most are using it to abuse it.

Still my suggestion is for new players when they reach above 300 WPs and I believe that after they reach 300 WPs it's fair to be able to mark them (?)

Did you even read? How are they noobs if they're clearly second accounting to farm WPs for group scores and abusing a feature made for real newbies?

Yes, I have come across players who have made new accounts in order to avoid being recognized in F5, but they are abusing the features intended for new players. I am aware that some are truly beginners, and it's possible that some police officers are taking advantage of them, but some known criminals in the community are abusing the features of newbies. Those people are from the L6 and L8 groups, but I don't wanna mention those names and groups.  POSITIVE

  Old players are abusing this by creating new accounts to become apb without being seen, it should change.

How can I farm newbies? Dude what?

When a players gets 250 WP that's like 2-3 ARs and like 5 store robberies if a new players gets 250 WP he's obviously not getting farmed
