[+++] Allowing new players that are wanted to be seen through F5 for cops

I think its a thing that been made on purpose to avoid some players that just target new players also there is no way a new player will made above even 200, because they can't leave AR or CE Alive due their skills, and also if he tried to rob a store cops will get a Patch message saying that some one robbing that store and atleast 2-3 cops will head there so yeah :/.

Make new account > disable marking > do illegal trucking > ez APB because you can't be marked or found. that's how it was abused last time.

if your issue is with it being 250 WP it can be changed to something like 500 WP idc but making it so we can only be able to see him on the minimap is after he gets APB is actually funny.

500WP will be reasonable for me, also I agree about your point which is to stop some current players that open new accounts to do that (which personally I didn't know it was possible) but its 1 out of 10 happen thing.

Old players are abusing this by creating new accounts to become apb without being seen, it should change.

This is how lame some cit nolifers are, just because they can't get apb on their main account they create new accounts, disable marking and abuse this feature, and now they come here and vote negative on it with no good reason, because their votes count even if they don't have a reason.
