Title: my game log is frozen

Hello, can someone help me with my problem? I entered an interior zone where zones are sold and my game froze, I already tried everything and it freezes every time I try to log in, I tried another server and everything works fine. I don't know what to do in this case since it is not my mta, is the area itself  :'(

You can't connect to CIT again because you crashed near some CITy zones? Tell me your account and I will reset your position.
