Description of your suggestion and what it will improve?: Most of the people do not know how to put/make mods/skin, change hud, radar, etc. Some people are banned on forums or haven't registered an account on forums yet and want to know how to put mods and such. It takes time to wait till your forum account is unbanned/approved.
Prove that your suggestion is needed?: It will help the people who want to know how to put mods not only people who plays in CIT but other non-CIT members as well once they google it.
Please, do not say that they can use google/youtube and search for it because giving ability to guests to see Mods board won't hurt anyone. Try to understand!Thank you!
