I think /stinger should be available for both SAPD and FBI, and I think SAPD should get the traffic cop, and FBI get the investigator, and we should both have access to spawning a Cheetah, just like the traffic cop.

Oh.. lol, damn.. FBI needs to get a car that goes faster than 9 KM/H lol.... Also, Speed Camera for SAPD would be a good addition, since that's SAPD's job. (Being a State Policemen)

Idea suggested was, add Traffic Cop job + Detective job combined to SAPD and FBI. Since both are law cop oriented groups.
Or detective for FBI, and Traffic Cop for SAPD. But better if both.

Yaa cops should be also allowed to use stinger command its very difficult to catch criminals on vehicles for cops
