Yes its scriptable, at least the smashing rocks with shovel part. Do what I did in my lumberjack script and put a ped in the rock and you kill it to break the rock. You can also script it so that by leaving the mine the truck breaks down so that will fix abuse.

Guys thank you about this but the problem is we need a good Scripter and + Quarry is outside LV I repeat Outside LV!

To stop people posting the same thing about the same problem im goin to clear things up for all of you!
1- The quarry is near LV but NOT in the DM zone
2- The dumper WONT be abused as systems to stop it leaving the area could be made
3- This is 100% scriptable!
