[+++][A] Set "Go Crim By Shooting" setting to Enabled as default for NEW players

The suggestion is to make the setting "Go Criminal By Shooting" set to Enabled as default for new players that join our server.

Why? I always see new players trying to shoot/attack cops including myself while they are in civilian mode. Even after informing them that they have to use /criminal to attack cops, some are not able to understand. Therefore, I think it'll be easier for new players if they are automatically set as criminal when they shoot.

I don't believe that there would be any negative impact because they are not gaining anything by remaining as a civilian. If they want to take a civilian job, there are plenty of prompts telling them how to go about doing so. Therefore, I think it's a very good subtle change that could just keep new players around for longer while they get to grips with our server and how it works.

I agree because most of the time new players will find us and try to shoot us but they are not Criminal. Set them to be Criminal from the start.

  Im always trying to explain to them but I only speak english so im not that much helpful to players that don't and most persons joining the server these days arent english players

It’s literally why there’s that setting in the 1st place. pretty sure some moron suggested to disable it because he was too autistic to disable it himself
