What the hell is this? FBI and law member come massively to vote 1+ for get any feature accepted? You don't need a Bufallo, why you just dont buy it if you need it so much. You can't? No, you don't needed, you have Cheetah. You don't need all cars in a spawner, and if you will use it, BUY IT, just like any CITizen. So what if I'm not in a law group? Fyi I was in FBI and many law groups and I perfectly know that a Buffalo its not necessary for do FBI job.
