Ok, good point btw you can add another stuff like this:
- Founder/leader can kick a player with reasons.
Example:
Killer1990 has demoted kryza. Reason: being inactive.
Killer1990 has kicked kryza. Reason: Flamming.

It'll be good for the all groups.

Yes, simple and smart idea. You can look changes in your group, InGame.
Why not? It's possible, and not hard to script.

strongly agree I think it will be useful to put and a log that says the date of creation of the group - Member joined ex: 15/11/2011

For big groups with 100+ members is this a great benefit to be more organised..
It would be great if the group makes the log without mistakes.
