Its a great idea. If the new players in CIT2/MTA do this job they will know the whole SA Map. so they don't need to ask in support "Where is ...." and then the answer is use /gps. they don't need to ask that things anymore +1

There are some places on your map that we maybe can't reach. Like the SF boats, or the North-East LV (If the gate is closed). Anyways I support your suggestion, It's awesome.

It's true that we need more jobs , but I am against this idea.It's just similar to some other jobs and I know we can find better job ideas.
