New stuff + donating open

Nvreformat has passed his development trial and his resources have been added to the server:

Fuel Tank Driver
This job can be found south of San Fierro Airport.

Music Player
A better way to handle music playing. (Currently disabled due to extremely high CPU usage)

Pending Punishments
Something to help players who have been reported on the forum get punished.

Group History
Be able to view group history like joins and quits.

Messages
Send a message to an account that is offline.

All of the above is made by Nvreformat, nobody else.

Donating has also been opened so go for it while you can!

Donating is now closed.
