Title: Retrieving O2 Tanks (Equipment) ability.

The general idea of the suggestion:Simple, since the "O2 Tanks" equipment was removed from the game, I'm suggesting this as I think it was un-noticed by other developers to do it.
The party effected by the suggestion and the effect:Everyone.
The possible outcomes:With this equip we had the ability to dive, now we can not even dive a meter under the water without dying, this will make it possible for us to.
