Title: [IMPLEMENTED] Reduce the VIP passenger time from 90 seconds to 60 seconds.

Well I would like to suggest reducing the VIP passenger time from 90 seconds to 1 minute because we can reach the position in less than 1 minute too so I am suggesting to reduce it to one minute and if you didn't get him to the place that he wants to go in 60 seconds he will leave the car and wait for another taxi driver to get him, and when the VIP passenger leave the taxi the taxi driver won't be able to get him again.
