14th rule:
DO NOT POST LINKS TO OTHER COMPLAINTS IN ATTEMPT TO MAKE YOURS VALID WITHOUT STAFF DECISION
Reason for removal: To maintain consistency and fairness throughout every complaint.
Arran himself applied more consistency on Bans recently: https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=390020.0 to main integrity. The reason people post links to other complaints is to remind the staff that will be dealing with the complaint of the right decision because it's safe to say that they don't remember all the valid and invalid complaints that were made in the past 12+ years and they might make a mistake, so just removing this rule will help with that.
Some may go 'b-bUt aLl CoMpLaInTs ArE diFfErEnT aNd UnIqUe'. No they're not, most of them are repeated incidents. And even if the complaint was unique, the staff can just tell the person who linked another complaint to shut up and use his/her/their braincells because it is not the same occurrence.

Well such a system is being used in real life when it comes to a trivial case, department of law operate under a similar way to ensure fairness and integrity aswell.
Not gonna lie, some cases are being treated differently while they look alike perfectly, such incidents dont happen very often but such a system will put a brick on server's fairness for sure.
Going Positive.

Well it makes sense after Arran's post. Staff members may simply misjudge a case or issue a different punishment regarding a certain incidents that occurs often. To really ensure integrity, I guess this rule might better be removed.
Positive.

Good idea so staff can't away with everything and punish ppl using this random baseless rule so if someone had something to say and it was true staff can't close and just warn him :tick:

Absolutely I agree :tick: :tick:

Yes it should be implemented :tick:

I've witnessed a lot of similar cases, so removing this rule could really bring more integrity to the punishment appeals. Positive.

- Removed outdated complaint board rules, specifically the bit about not being able to post links to other complaints. (Arran + TheHacker)
