1. Paste the Images in this loaction in your pc "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\cgui\images".
2. Paste the Skins file in this location in your pc "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\skins"
3. open the MTA, enjoy.
