True but you could always have a setting that they can turn off the music for themselves.

You are right but,the player can lower the music Volume from MTA Settings > Audio > MTA Volume

I agree with this, As sometimes I want my friend to hear a song.. So, He can enter my car.

There is no problem with this idea. If someone doesn't like music I play, he can lower the volume down or quit my car.

An arrested player might not like the radio either, so if that's a problem just remove it from arrested players completely.

So I don't see anything but good from this.

And nobody will die if they listen music they don't like for a minute or so. I mean, it can't be that harmful, they can take it.
