I have been part of the following ingame groups: Sub Station Alpha, Fenix, BriefcasePro, Special Forces, SWAT Team, SAPD, Hobos and The Outstanders.
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since: May of 2011, if I'm not wrong.
I have been a member of the staff team before, if yes for how long: Yes, been staff for three months, left once due to school. I rejoined and been there for over a month, got kicked due to misconduct, which I regret of.
How many hours do you have playing on the server: 1700+ hours.
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week: About 20 hours. I might raise my activity If I become staff.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: No, vacations are comming soon and I've got an organized life.

Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: Well, my name is Araceli Villagra, I live in a small town located in Argentina, I'm 16 years old. I enjoy learning and creating new stuff, I've been trying to learn lua for over two months, I'm not so good yet but I keep practicing. I spend my free time going out with friends, playing guitar, watching videos and writing.

I discovered CIT long time ago, I went to Maxii's house and he showed it to me. Since that day I've been enjoying and trying to contribute to the server as much as I can.

I want to become staff because I've already been one, and I know how stressing it can be, I want to join the team to help them, and keep a quiet server, clean of cheaters, rulebreakers and trollers. Also, a big percentage of the community, are spanish and portuguese players, as there are just a few admins, and they are usually busy with others issues, they can't give them support. I have experience adminning already, and I can handle a group of players pretty well. I've learned of every mistake, and I won't commit them again.

I think somebody is cheating so I: Spectate him, check information about mods. If I can prove it I would ban him, or call someone that can do it.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: I'd tell him to use Support (J) instead.
A player insults me so I: Mute him for "Flaming", if he persists I'd mute or jail him for "Obstructing Staff".
A player asks me to give them some money so I: Tell him that it's not possible, if he persists, mute him for rule #17.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: Spectate him to be sure if he is hacking, jail him,  contact a L2+ admin and tell him to ban the cheater.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: PM it to a L2+ Staff or to Orion.

She was a good staff member and she's good scripter but , she's not active this days and she left/kicked two times before because  for stupid reasons , No.
Note : Don't say that I voted no because  she broke up with me and this kids words please .

Well, yes from me. She's a very nice person, a great community member, and from what I remember of my first days in CIT, a great staff as well. Still, the past history that I've read on leads me close to a neutral vote, but I'm sticking with my gut and saying "yes".
