Hello everyone, today I am going to teach you how to test shaders in-game.
Let's start.
How to make a Carshader and test it in-game?
follow these steps:[/center]
- Install TXDworkshop (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8320).
- Install any program that allows you to edit the shader (i am using PS c6 and cc 2017).
- Download vehmod and save it on the desktop, then download the texture too. (Here (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=130604.0))
- Open (the program you want to use design your carshader texture) ,than save it as ".png" file.
- Open TXDworkshop and than click on "open TXD" find the VehMod file and open it, than click on the TXD file, and import there the new texture.
- Click on "save TXD" and than open: C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\server\mods\deathmatch\resources
- Take your Vehmod file and add it in!
- Open Mta, click on "Map Editor", press F5 and say "/start vehmod", then take the car from F1 and enjoy!
How to create a VehMod file/script to test your shader in-game?
follow these steps:
- Download any VehMod file from CIT.
- Open the file and delete the two "mod.txd" and "mod.dff" files.
- Open the TXDworkshop and search the txd and the dff files of the car you want to test, and export it on the desktop.
- Change their name into "mod.txd" for the txd file and "mod.dff" for the dff one.
- Now add these two files to the VehMod folder.
- In the Vehmod folder you'll see a file named "Client", open it with BlockNotes.
- Now you have to change the car ID (Here you can find all GTA vehicle ID's (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=218645.0)) in, and save it.
- Then take the folder and add it in C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\server\mods\deathmatch\resources oops! I have already done it.
- Open Mta, Map Editor, Press F5, type "/start vehmod", take the car and have fun!
