Title: adding back the Car Factories

Today, I'm here to suggest adding back the car factorys.
after removing car factorys, Iron has become useless and cheap and hard to sell it so This will affect Miners job money and The price of engine parts become expensive , so if the car factorys back It will solve a lot of problms.

Iron miner job is LITERALLY dead because of this followed by the iron's price. I recall back in days whenever I open the map, the iron miner zone is plenty of players digging hard for IRON because it used to be applicative, functional and actionable.
Car factory's elimination is an awkward action the sever did which led to drop a huge impacts on engine parts, IRON's price and so is the job itself.
I'm hella POSITIVE for this suggestion.

- Removed car factories. Engine parts are now earned mainly through '/race'. (Arran)

But I support this suggestion as the aftermath is that iron demand is now much lesser than it's supply.

Additionally, in order to conciliate this suggestion to Arran's update, the to-be-reintroduced-car-factories could have a base hourly production rate set to a not so profitable amount of 210* engine parts.
The production rate would then increase (up to 250*) according to how many races the player have won in the past <x period of time>.

*Values to be discussed.

Adding back the car factories can make business alive, and it should be more playable. :tick:
