Title: [ADDED] non-vips being able to glue on the Barracks (Armed Forces' truck)

Hello,

as you know there's a new update which is :-

- Armed Forces truck called Barracks is now fully enterable (Brian)

The problem now, non - VIPs falls from it.

That's kinda not useful since we (VIPs) could glue on it in the past.

- I'm suggesting to make it so non-VIPs can glue in it. (Same like the DFT system)
