Title: Criminals being able to see the APB blip too.

Hello Community,

Well, as from my personal experience, criminals should be able to see the APB blip of an criminal aswell, because it will help out the APB a lot, specially by other criminals to protect him. Nothing more to add here.

I'd like your opinion aswell.
