I think this script will allow us to put some furniture and some objects in our houses. Good luck with that Arran.

If its totally that ^ as you will be able to choose how you design your own apartment. Right from plotting the interiors, walls to placing furniture. And definitely they don't exist in GTA. So gonna make the age old GTA a lot dynamic, with those shaders and custom objects. Waiting for the surprise to come In Game.

Arran's creative ideas are the stuffs for which we can't leave playing MTA even at this age.

You'll buy a zone that has been created by staff. Zones will come in different sizes, from super small (enough for 1 room) to super large (enough for a super mansion, warehouse and factory) and this idea isn't just about houses and factories.

I already know that, what I asked is if we are going to be able to for example buy a land of 1 million and then create a building in there worth I dunno 400k and then sell it to other players for a higher ammount for example 1 million 800k to get a profit form doing the job, thats the question I made earlier.

I can't wait to see this in CIT. Just image this in you head, your driving down the beach in sun-soaked LS, then BAM! you just see several houses that look like a millionaire owns (most likely a multimillionaire). It's just so awesome that almost everyone is getting what they want, the ability to build your own house.

It's actually possible as long as it's made in the main dimension. And if I understood correctly, we will have many more textures to choose from.

This is reminding me of Seaside City, though this time it's gonna have a bigger usage.
