Arran made that addition lately as you can see now you pay for missile you use.
Let's make some calculation: To stop a criminal you need an average of 6 hits 6*6000=36000$
Usually if you are logical you will use it on high wanted criminals so 10 times a day. 10*36000=360000$
And as you know when you use it you don't get the criminal someone kill the wanted guy and you loose money so I feel it is unfair now to have the hydra price fixed at 40 Million $, it should been lowered to 20 Million $.
