The game won't start unless there's a file called "gta_sa.exe" in the G:\GAMES\OFFLINE\GTA_San_Andreas folder. You should try clicking on "setup" to see if GTA San Andreas runs, then check MTA. If the problem still occurs, you should reinstall GTA SA.
