salam , I have an issue with my game , when I shoot a player either they take damage late or no damage at all ( my ping goes from 25 upto 50 max ) could game mods cause this ? keep this open I might add clips to better understand whats blud waffling about.

You might having a internet connection problem try to restarting your modem or use VPN or switch to another internet provider I also experienced that kind of issue with "Network Trouble". I hope it'll help.

This issue maybe from your GTA sa , Try find a good one and download it . Or find a friend have it in steam and download it. I am sure if u dowlonad it from steam problem will be solve.
