A week ago I faced a problem and talked to a staff member about it , I was looking for a house to purchase and the owner didn't log in for 14 days and the price was 300m , I waited till it went to 200m and tried to buy it , I couldn't because there was a message "the account that owns this house is restricted due to suspicious activity " = has a limit on his account , so you can't buy the house until it drops to 1$ , 2 days after the owner logged in and changed the price again to 1b .
Solution :
All the accounts who has limit and didn't login for 14 days the house price automatically drops to 1$ so players can actually able to buy the house and not wasting a lot amount of time as the current system drops the price by each minute.
Accounts who has limit should not be able to keep the house as he didn't log in more than 14 days as it's illegal and unfair .

Totally agree would fair when it drops to 1$ since the owner has limit. :tick: :tick:

I agree it takes many weeks until it reaches 1$. :tick:

Makes sense

It happened to me before plus it take like 3 months from the price to drop from 1b to 1$
so i'm voting positive :tick: :tick: :tick:

Hello there, my vote regarding this suggestion is positive as you are suggesting a good idea. :tick:

:tick: I agree

If I got ur point this going to be some kind of a buff to limit bans, which m not really with, what if we make it like that: the system will allow you to buy it at X price but the seller who has à limit ban wont recieve the money only when the ban period is over

But when we reduce the price to $ 1 after 14 days, then he will know his mistake and lose his homes.
Is the suggestion good or not?

I faced this once when buying a house. Maybe I'm mistaken but this seems like an incentive to have a limit ban if you are a largely inactive player with a valuable house.
-
:tick: but it will be kinda unfair to others so fair idea is after 14 days his house price drop really fast(till it reach 1) then it put for sale by the server like new house

Current system protects scammers.
Last time I saw this issue being addressed, it was dismissed and mocked (and locked as usual) by Brian with no satisfactory reasoning so t see no reason to oppose to the suggestion :tick:

This can only work under a specific requirement, which is when the owner's last online is 14 days, and the price is equal to or less than the price the house was originally bought for, not more than that.

15 vs 1. Next review will be done next week.

basically inactive players are abusing limit bans to avoid losing their houses even after 14 days of inactivity. would be a fool not to support this.

I think it is a good one. There will be justice and equality between the current owners and the players who want to buy homes in the future. :tick:

25 vs 1. Still MP.

I encountered something like this before, the owner doesn't login for like a 20days and nobody can't buy until the owner login again it got reset and he got to keep his house :| I think this suggestion is reasonable because it's really unfair for players because limited people becomes a privilege to not lose houses due to scamming or sum shit like that. Voting positive on this :tick:

Farm is 100% right actually. I wanted a house for years and the owner didn't login for 26 days but I still couldn't buy it because he was limited. Brian said "wait for it to reach 1$" but guess what that never happened.
He logged in shortly after and I was never able to get his house. The current system basically means if you have a limit your houses have extra protection that aren't afforded to rule abiding players.
Limits are supposed to be a punishment. You try to scam people like that and you should lose your houses. Positive :tick:

I agree, That's kind of right if u didn't log in for 14 days and you have a limit on your account, the house should be put on sale automatically for 1$ because it takes a lot to decrease from 1b to 1$, if the owner can't get the money or sell it because he's limited and the house in a valuable place that's not the buyer's fault because he actually wanna get it but he must wait till it reaches 1$ which is kinda impossible, adding this will bring fairness and justice in the housing system, :tick:
-
:tick: Makes sense, feels like something that should be added on day 1 because this kinda seems like an exploit

Fair enough, I understand that limited players are not permitted to sell houses at high prices due to abuse by asking someone to buy their houses in order to give them the money in this manner. So, your proposal seems reasonable to me because we can't buy houses in this manner.
Voting positive.

Well some players buy some cheap houses for 5mil or even 100 mil let's take that as example and they make the house price one billion just in case they go inactive they block other players from buying the house like that no one can have the opportunity from buying it what I suggest they change the whole system if the player reach 14 days offline the house price will go to the default price directly like that it gonna be fair for everyone and we avoid the black market deals so the houses and properties will be available for everyone and everyone can have the chance to own one day the house he want or like that gonna be much better than making it unfair on a specific people let's make it a general system for all it gonna be kind better and I think it gonna be fair enough for everyone too... but I will upvote this one :tick: because it gonna help.

Yeah this is fair. Agree to other comments too. :tick: :tick:

sounds fair I just feel that this limitation is giving free protections to those who have wanted to harm in any kind of way the server rules so would be fair if they didn't log after 14 days their house should drop to 1$ :tick: :tick:
-
Yes but instead of setting the price is $1 directly after 14 days why not keep the current system
BUT
make it so if you buy a house from a limited account, you pay the full prize but the seller (limited account) receives $1.

- When an inactive account has their house come up for sale, if the owner is limit banned, the house will be immediately set for sale to $1. (Arran + Black-BlooD)
