Yeah that will be good for DL3s. Im supporting this suggestion. As you know DL3s has too much abilities to do. But this one will be funny for DL3s. This does not hurt anyone. Will even add fun to DL3s.

I agree. Like someone said DL3 is one of the highest goals to achieve.
I think this is also quite interesting since in real life we are used to hearing music from other drivers' cars, or sometimes hearing a procession of people walking around the city with stereos on their backs.

This is really a good idea as getting DL3 is either difficult or requires money so this feature would make it more lucrative. I agree this would take some time of the developers to add, but this would be worth it and more realistic as your music goes along with your car. I am voting Positive

So, as you can see DL3 can place speakers in some places around SA using /streamurl. My suggestion is to adding new feature for DL3, to have possibility to place your speaker to your vehicle and this speaker to be glued, like players who can glue on your car. No need new commands or something, just go on the roof from your vehicle and use /streamurl and this will be autoglued. I think all DL3 will apreciate and more players will going to donate or they start to work in game to make money to buy DL3 with this new update. Thank you 

Sound cool why we don't add it as it will make fun. As it will not be for everyone so it will be rare as donators level 3 are not many.

Yes, it can really be useful because we pay a lot of money for DL3 and it is hard to earn that money, why? because one hour earnlimit can be at most 480k, which means that since DL1 = 220M, oh let's go back to our position that I will not calculate. In short, we should use this feature because we are paying a lot of money, my vote is positive.

honestly I thought about it many times to suggest it but the only problem I faced is why would you glue the speaker in the car while you can just play your music from MP3Player simply and stream your music only with the players in the car so you won't disturb any player around the area regardless the distance that the speaker covered it that should be expand a little bit so I guess you fixed it by restricting it and allowed it for DL3 players probably it's makes sense now.
