I support this idea because sometimes 1v3 and they still shooting and 80 secs is nothing at all because time moves fast when you play MTA even 120 I think so, but yea as long that cooldown 120 secs will stop them from shooting rpg then that will be good even I know RPG is a part of LV but spamming it is not cool.
