Can’t believe it’s still a thing even though last time I was fully active here was over a year ago, this is a lame tactic and has always been, way too overpowered considering cops can even taze cars

It's absurd to suggest such a thing in a situation where the number of cops activities is so low. In normal life, you can throw a stinger on the road from the back of the hummer.? There is a space in the back (trunk) of the Hummer and how is that seen as unreal.? Negative

I agree with Xelso, this feature of launching the stinger is a road is peculiar to police cars. However, buying a hummer on the server isn't cheap. As Wakaman said, 3 seconds is enough.
