I want to suggest that, I want to put back the Mystery Van event, But now I want some new changes, I want to change it to Mystery Bag.
Mystery Bag spawn ( Suggestion ): Los Santos and San Fierro only.
Things inside the Mystery Bag ( Suggestion ):
10 of each drugs
50% Armor
1 Grenade
$4,000
How to get the Mystery Bag ( Suggestion ): They will just pick it up, By walking through it.
Mystery Bag icon in the map radar ( Suggestion ): ( ? ) Same with the Mystery Van.
About the Mystery Bag spawn ( Suggestion ): I want some new changes also, About Spawning the Mystery Bag, I want to spawn the Mystery Bag in San Fierro also. ( Not in Las Venturas )

There will be no sense of mystery van if it would have only cash.

Well maybe this is cool, but the $ icon is already in use of Bank. maybe the Red $ would be great

I kinda like it but it should be the "mystery bag" and instead of only being possible to get money u could get drugs/ammo/money all in a random ammount.
Drugs max amount: 50 of any type
Ammo max amount 100 of any type
Money max amount: $10.000 (i think the money gained should be increased a bit)
(please note that the amount of max drugs/ammo/money could be changed)
(it should also be available to all players (cops, crims, civilians))

500 ammo of M4 + 10k + armor? it will be like 25k in a mystery Bag? Bad thing! everyone will be able to get a free stuff and be rich.
It should be 2/5 armor, 3k + 50 ammo of M4. that's enough I think. then +1

same as the mistery van , idon't know why mistry van removed , but I like the part of the spawning
the old mistry van was spawning in near LSPD and bank so they will get so easy +1 more events needed

Maybe only get ammo for weapons you already have?
So if you don't have the gun you won't get any ammo.
Then if you're rich and have alot of guns you have more chance of getting ammo, and noobs have very few to no chance.
Also add a 1/4 chance of a negative effect? To keep it interesting and not just some free stuff that's laying around.

Agree with your first point on the in-dependable values, however adding this for Cops and Civilians aswell as criminals is stupid! As it is Criminals basically have no secure way of earning money as its always hit and miss unlike the other 2 categorised of jobs available opening this up to all 3 job types would be stupid.

In place of bag icon if any cit staff place bag and provide some clue like some place name.
like
if it is in desert where oil spring are there then they can give use clue :- Near oil spring or something.
if some where in parking place then they can say :- Parking near beach.
It will be only for criminal and if any criminal get the bag he will get 6 or 4 star.

Harsh if admins put those bag in hidden place then its admins event.he is saying about mystery bag spawning when one successfully taken.

This suggestion doesn't look bad at all, but still there is something that I don't like on it.
Things inside the Mystery Bag ( Suggestion ):

If it'll be like that, then we would get:
10 hits of each drug:
LSD: $40 per hit > 40x10 = $400.
Weed: $60 per hit > 60x10 = $600.
Speed: $90 per hit > 90x10 = $900.
God: $120 per hit > 120x10 = $1200.
Steroids: $80 per hit > 80x10 = $800.
Heroin: $120 per hit > 120x10 = $1200.
Mescaline: $70 per hit > 70x10 = $700.
So we get $6500 on drugs.
50% of armor = That's ok for me. It's half armor ($750 if it were sold).
1 Grenade = We would get $3000.
$4000 = Holy crap. We would win $4000 just for grab a bag.
Basically, we would get $13500 for grab up a bag.
So, after that all, I'd like to say some suggestions for it.

Instead of 70 drugs (10 hits of each one), 15-20 hits of 2/3 drugs.
50% of armor. It stays like it is.
$500-$2500.
Ammo shouldn't be part of it. It might provoke people to go there and get ammo for free (no matter if they will or won't DM, if there is a bag with free ammo, I'd go there IN AN INSTANT), because weapons and bullets are SO expensive, and get it for free makes no sense.
I won't vote for now.
