[Resolved] Waste Collector Ranks

[E-Hate]

Simple idea. Add ranks to the waste collector job. With each promotion you get a bonus etc etc. Just like most other jobs where you get ranked up. I'd say this should be a pretty good idea to add a layer of interest in the job. Maybe even have the option to every now and then get bonus's for finding police evidence in the trash or something.

But the main idea here being to add ranks to the Waste collector job.
