Yes, but I think it should be 500 ping, not 400.
Many people already got 350~400 as a normal ping.

I voted yes, I hate being killed with sawn offs by the people who lag. They know they have an advantage which is why they use those weapons. I hope something gets implemented and I hope it helps.
