Because you keep quoting everyone's post and make unnecessary comments on it and keep complaining when others are doing it. At least a half of this topic is full of that kind of posts. Also not to mention everyone here that keeps posting unnecessary stuff for the sake of the post count.

That statement means he knows the importance of the drugs yet you replied something which is not really necessary and still you did it, an appropriate answer would be:
"Yes, but it's too expensive" or "The price could get lowered" or just simply "Adding a few seconds extra to the drug effect would not hurt".
Not to mention you quoted and answered it twice with different answers and both equally stupid.
Also for everyone, it's heroin, not heroine or herion. Heroine is a feminine form of hero and herion is not even a word (at least that's what the spellchecker said).
