Are there even any Clothe shops in LV? If there are already are then this doesn't really need to be added. Also if there isn't any why would you need to add them? LV is a place for mafia and fighting not RP if you want to change your skin go to a RP or CnR City (LS, SF)

We really need to change skins! many gang are using skins with the ranks! Everyday, many ppl are getting promotions and they should change their skins, so they have to to LS or SF?

Your don't get promoted everyday or everyone 30minutes do you? Moreover it takes 2minutes in a vehicle to travel from LV to LS and about 3-4 minutes running so saying that you get promoted that often and that its a colossus journey to reach LS is rubbish.
