This suggestion doesn't look bad at all, but still there is something that I don't like on it.
Things inside the Mystery Bag ( Suggestion ):
10 of each drugs
50% Armor
1 Grenade
$4,000
If it'll be like that, then we would get:
10 hits of each drug:LSD: $40 per hit > 40x10 = $400.
Weed: $60 per hit > 60x10 = $600.
Speed: $90 per hit > 90x10 = $900.
God: $120 per hit > 120x10 = $1200.
Steroids: $80 per hit > 80x10 = $800.
Heroin: $120 per hit > 120x10 = $1200.
Mescaline: $70 per hit > 70x10 = $700.
So we get $6500 on drugs.
50% of armor = That's ok for me. It's half armor ($750 if it were sold).
1 Grenade = We would get $3000.
$4000 = Holy crap. We would win $4000 just for grab a bag.
Basically, we would get
$13500 for grab up a bag.
So, after that all, I'd like to say some suggestions for it.

Instead of 70 drugs (10 hits of each one), 15-20 hits of 2/3 drugs.
50% of armor. It stays like it is.
$500-$2500.
Ammo shouldn't be part of it. It might provoke people to go there and get ammo for free (no matter if they will or won't DM, if there is a bag with free ammo, I'd go there IN AN INSTANT), because weapons and bullets are SO expensive, and get it for free makes no sense.
