[Resolved] Add alliance chat in CIT chat interface

Hey!

I'm suggesting that we add alliance chat into the CIT Chat Interface, just like group chat. This way we can look at earlier messages written in the Alliance Chat. It's very annoying when you miss messages in Alliance chat and you have to search after it in the console. As you know, it can be hard to find what you are searching for in console sometimes.
