The existing mystery bag script can be adapted to this, considering the mystery bag has been the same for at least a decade, and I'm working on it.
Just to say, the values you provided are overkill at best and there is no way any Administrator or developer will agree to a value this high.
There are 5 rarity types: common, uncommon, rare, very rare and legendary. It has the same blip and physical characteristics as the current mystery box.
When you pick it up, you'll be given a choice:
Press 1 - You open up the box, take the risk of getting the goodies (which are decreased for very obvious reasons), or you blow up, and the chance of blowing up increases the rarer the bag is. :D
Press 2 - You sell the bag to the server and get an amount at the lower limit of the rarity for that bag at no risk of blowing up.
Common bags, high chance of spawning:
Value range: $15,000 - $35,000
Sale value: $20,000 or lower
Chance of blowing up: 1 in 10
Uncommon bags, not as high chance of spawning:
Value range: $35,000 - $55,000
Sale value: $40,000 or lower
Chance of blowing up: 1 in 5
Rare bags, decently low chance of spawning:
Value range: $55,000 - $80,000
Sale value: $60,000 or lower
Chance of blowing up: 1 in 3
Very rare bags, low chance of spawning:
Value range: $80,000 - $130,000
Sale value: $90,000 or lower
Chance of blowing up: Also 1 in 3
Legendary bags, very very low chance of spawning:

Don't we have such a thing already? Every X period of time, a box that is marked by a '?' symbol on the mini-map appears in random places (I guess only in LS). If you managed to open it, you either get exploded or get some ammo of X weapon/resources, etc...

This would be a good idea, but how about we make it purchasable instead of a random event, so it would be an interesting way to spend your excess money, since you can also get more money from what you paid for. But in my honest opinion, if this were to be purchasable, I don't think the mystery box price and what it contains is good enough.

Another idea of getting money? aren't we making the game more balanced? Well, actually most of the suggestions are about spending money since the players we have right now does have alot of money and the things we are spending on is mostly not that expensive. We already have enough jobs, events and such as collecting money from, your idea isn't that bad but it's giving too much money. Let's be honest, everyone wants to make a ballance to the server and "specially" to make ballance in the income money. Thus, as Mitrok's said, many players got a lot of money to spend, if we add this such of ideas, they will lose the motivation to keep playing the game.

This is a very bad interpretation of the good idea which can be designed and implemented into the game. Buying loot crates with money to get money out of it? Gotta go negative for the lack of imagination.I think you kind of misunderstood, this works almost the same as the current mystery bag. You're not buying anything, you're finding a bag which has a certain value of money (or other stuff depending on what team u play, of that value) based on the 'rarity' of the bag. Once you pick the bag up, you can either risk blowing up to get more money, check my list above, or you can just 'sell' it and get the bag at nearly the lowest amount for that rarity.

It's actually a good idea, but as you know there is an event in State Official duty. Already state officials are hosting mystery box events, so why mystery boxes will be special? Civilians will not try to find mystery boxes state officials put. Even prizes are so much, so, a State Official mystery box event maximum pays 100.000$, you are saying 750.000$ for us. State Official's mystery box event will not be special then? We will not request mystery box event from State Officials, already every 15-30 minutes it creates mystery boxes, when State Officials will create mystery box? They will never create it, because people will not search it, they will search 750.000$ mystery box. I apologize but my vote is NEGATIVE
If there is not SO Mystery Box Event, I would vote positive but there is mystery box event and it must be special for State Officials, I explained above, when it is added for every 15 minutes, we will not miss SO Mysterybox event, we will not want a mystery box event from State Officials due to there are mystery boxes in map every 15 minutes. Really that idea will be so bad for CIT. Due to those reasons, I am negative.
