I have been part of the following ingame groups: SWAT, Camorra, =TFA=, SF, AF(Armed Forces).
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since: 3 months ago.
How many hours do you have playing on the server: 660 hours.
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week: 23 hours.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: Just two weeks for exams.
I am aware that I have to be active to perform my duties as a staff member: Of course.
I am aware that I have to sacrifice a large portion of my play time to help out: Yes, I will share most of my time to help players.

My understanding of the English language is: Good.

   My real name is Wajdi, I live in Tunisia, I am 17 years old and I'm a High school student. Our house is in a small town in Tunisia called hamem-lif, but I live in our second house in the capital Tunis because of studying.
   My favorite hobbies are playing with music instrument such as guitar, violin, piano and of course, MTA also one of my favorite pastime.
   I want be member of CIT staff because I enjoy admining also I had an experience, and to help other staff member to stop rule breakers, help players to resolve their problems and create some events to have fun with players to enjoy the game.

I think somebody is cheating so I: I spectate him, if he is really cheating I will take screen shot as proof and ban him.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: I told him to use j>support, there I can help him better.
A player insults me so I: I mute him for breaking rule 8.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: I told him the best jobs earned money.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: I jail him for long time and wait for higher rank staff to ban him.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: I make a report and I send it to head staff.

Neutral. He is helpful, friend guy, but he is inactive I think. Didn't saw him in-game some time, and I saw inactive under his profile. Maybe I'll change my vote if I see him more in-game.
