(Can't pin wanted criminals.) - CIT - Mean't to post this under general support

As the topic mentions I've been having an issue for quite some time where I can't seem to pin any wanted player's as police, I've tried reinstalling MTA's client which didn't work and I even went as far as reinstalling GTA San Andreas as well and still nothing worked. I'm not sure why this issue is happening but I can't seem to solve it. One of the member's in SAS pointed me at making a post so here I am making one. (Also yes I have pressed F5 to pin as everyone kept suggesting in the server which that obviously didn't work which it was one of the first things I tried unpinning & pinning again does nothing.

Make sure to set the maximum distance to 999999 and untick anything on the right side of the F5 panel (untick the city and vehicle options) then try again.
