Your Reputation in The Server
- You must have a good opinions about you in the server and be known as a good player , cause being a toxic or a troller will decrease your chances to get promoted and
You will lose the Group Leaders trust on you , which could end up being warned or kicked from The group , so you have to be more humble and show not only the leaders but the community that you are more mature , which is one of the good characteristics of a great leader of a group , increasing your chance to get promoted .
More Active Than Usual
- Leaders and group founders always look for active members to make the group more alive and to compete other groups and reach high levels, and that's by joining most of the group activities or helping the group in their problems , being active in-game or in forum , and mostly doing more than you're ordered from the leaders (which we will talk about it afterwards) , which will increase your chance to get promoted .
Always do More than what you were asked for
- This will make leaders more interested on you and that by making better progress in the future with the group , by showing them more activity than normal and that you are different than the other members in the group , by doing more activity , be super active , spamming their board (not spamming with useless things ) and more .....
Your Loyalty to The Group
- When a leader promotes you , it means that he puts trust on you , and that you worked hard to deserve that , and showing him that you are loyal to the group will get you promoted faster ,especially if you are a new member in the group , and when we talk about loyalty , loyalty means sacrificing for the group and always being there when they need help and promising that you will never betray or leave them what ever it takes , and that you will achieve with them big accomplishments and you wants only good for the group/squad ..., and that is a strong way to get promotion even to leader ranks .
Leading Skills
- This is going back to Leaders , Founders , Deputy ranks , promoting you to this ranks means you are ready to hold duties in the group and to start showing your leading skills , showing them that you are holding the group duty in a high value and leading most of the activities will give them the trust to get you promoted more to lead the group in the future (doing that while you are not a leader or a founder will also give you a high chance to be a leader in a short time ).
Older Member
- Being the oldest in the group, and I mean by how much you kept that group tag with you is the first requirement to be Promoted faster , and you will be tagged as a trusted and a real loyal member to the group , and that by not leaving the group and joining them after a long period , vacations , or being inactive for a long time , holding your group tag with you will give you more chance to get promoted as you are an old member .
Holding Duties
- Mostly in Forum cause it's the place where most of the players contribute to the server and get their duties from , and getting ranks (JCM, RCM , SCM ...) And holding positions (Guider, DJ ,CIT News ....) especially the important ones either in your side (SO or CB or PC...) or the important ones for the CIT Community (Staff , ICM...) , Will mean you are worthy and a big member in the server , which will even gets you promoted faster than the normal promotion system the groups follows .
After you get a Founder or a Leader Rank your job will change from trying to be active and get promoted , to Leading the group and be a good and successful leader towards the members .
